Examination Instructions
- Students must reach the examination hall at least 15–30 minutes before the scheduled time.
- School ID card and admit card (if issued) must be carried on all examination days.
- Students should wear the prescribed school uniform and maintain proper discipline.
- Reading of question papers is allowed only when instructed by the invigilator.
- No student may leave the examination hall during the first hour of the examination.
- Mobile phones, smart watches, calculators (unless specifically permitted), books, notes, or any electronic devices are strictly prohibited.
- Students must bring their own pens, pencils, geometry box, and other required materials.
- Any form of copying, exchanging information, or use of unfair means will lead to cancellation of the paper and disciplinary action.
- Answers should be written clearly and neatly. Required details such as name, roll number, and class should be filled correctly.
- Students must maintain complete silence inside the examination hall.
- Additional answer sheets should be requested from the invigilator only when necessary.
- Absence from an examination without a valid reason may result in zero marks, and re-examinations are generally not conducted.
- A minimum attendance requirement (often 75%) may be necessary to appear in the annual or promotion examination.
- Promotion to the next class is usually based on overall performance throughout the academic year, including tests, assessments, and examinations.
- Students should submit answer books only after ensuring all pages are properly numbered and completed.
